Bouquets are designed as best seen fit based on chosen color scheme and blooms/greenery available during your season. Boutonnieres include a magnetic backing and stems wrapped in coordinating ribbon colors. Flower crowns are created as a half crown tied together in the back with ribbon.
The four piece ceremony design is built as a ground installation that stretches a total of approximately 6-8 feet with flowers focused mainly on one side. Able to be used down a small aisle, to frame an entry, alternating up a staircase, along a mantel, or any other flat surface.
The ceremony arch design is built as an airy installation that is filled with coordinating fresh blooms, stretching a total of approximately 6-8 feet high with flowers focused mainly towards the front.
Reception and Delivery
Centerpieces will be a standard size in a coordinating vessel and design style. A Sweet Root team member will design and deliver your collection in your ideal color scheme on your event date during a 2 hour window and will not return as all designs are for you to keep!
BOOK YOUR COLLECTION
Each color palette will be dynamic and comprised of seasonal, premium blooms in our signature Sweet Root style. Depending on the time of year, premium blooms might include: peonies, dahlias, garden roses, anemones, ranunculus, and the like. Greenery choices will also be seasonal and will compliment the tones and needs of the chosen color scheme and ceremony installation.
Delivery on your wedding day to one location within 60 miles of Alexandria, VA is included in each collection. With the exception of arbors, which will require onsite designing, all other items will be dropped off with no setup included.
We recommend keeping your flowers in a cool area away from direct sunlight or open fruit/vegetables. Keep them in water or original packaging as long as possible. We can help suggest an ideal delivery time based on your day's timeline in order for flowers to remain fresh.
Clean up at the end of your event is not included in these packages. This can be added to your package separately.
There is a small level of customization that we can accommodate for these collections, though not guaranteed. Certain looks are unable to be achieved within the current price of each collection, but we welcome style notes and pictures of your favorite arrangements and bouquets. Should your ideal design fall outside of these set prices, additional pricing quotes can be provided.
Collection prices are unable to fluctuate lower and these designs do not include additional styling elements such as candles. If you are looking for full service floral design, those services begin at $10,000.
All orders must be placed 15 days in advance of event date. Cancellations must be received no less than 30 days prior to event date. No refunds are available within 30 days of the event.
Payments are made via e-check (ACH bank transfer) via a link we provide you. Credit Cards are also accepted, but have a 4% processing fee. No cash or checks are accepted during Covid restrictions.
Due to handling products of nature, we reserve the right to make last minute changes to flower and vase selections in the event when the selections are either unavailable or do not meet quality expectations. Sweet Root Village is not responsible for the condition of flowers after delivery is completed. Care instructions will be provided and should be followed to keep blooms in excellent condition.
